Shipping policy

Processing Time: 1-3 business days.

Shipping Time: 14-20 business days (this is only an estimate and shipping can take longer, or arrive sooner, due to a multitude of reasons)

This product is shipped directly from our manufacturer. There are no duties or tariffs on these shipments. We do not ship to the US at this time.

Minimal Packaging: Devices are shipped with no additional packaging or boxes to reduce waste.

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it. Please review our Refund Policy if you wish to return an order.

Delayed or Lost Packages: We ask that you wait 10 business days past the 20 day deadline if a package is late before we report it as lost. There are a number of things that can delay a package in transit and we want to ensure minimal impact when shipping. We appreciate your understanding.
